Inspire Finance 3 Lite App Reviews

Today’s Date

I’ve recently downloaded this app & it bugs me that the calendar numbers are one day off! As for instance today is July 26, 2014 SATURDAY- my calander says that today is SUNDAY. I am unsure of how to change this; as i have checked that the Month & Year were correct. Everything else works great.

Calendar flaw, but overall great!

This app does exactly what I need it to do. I can enter expenses and income manually which is great because I am an Artist so I don’t always have a recurring salary. Unfortunately the calendar in the display is one day behind. This, however, does not affect the days on the calendar for the transaction menu. That means that even though the wrong day of the week may be shown, the numerical date is correct. I think the app is pretty easy to navigate. It could use a few more built in formulas to save me from number crunching, but I don’t mind this as I’m new to budgeting.

So Far So Good

I’ve only just downloaded this app with the intention of tracking my income and expenses over the next few months in order to save up for vacation. So far the user interface seems pretty friendly, but I can’t say much consider how short a time I’ve had it.

Best of Class

Hands down, this app is the easiest and nicest looking budgeting tool I’ve seen. Worth the registration for unlimited transactions.

Seems nice!

Seems good so far, might actually pay for the upgrade!

Great

Love it!! So easy to use, upgrading to full version!

Inspire Finance Lite

I just installed the program and have found it easy to use, intuitive, well planned. I wanted something simple for managing household accounts (I use quickbooks for my business). This appears to fit the bill. I’m a little concerned about the 60 /something/ limit for the free version. I’ll hit that pretty fast. I may have more news as I spend more time with the app. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is that I haven’t had a chance to use any features but data entry. (Can’t rate what you haven’t used!)

Excellent for basic budgeting & expense tracking

While not completely intuitive (some things are hard to find, but it’s easy to get used to with a little probling), this is an excellent tool to keep track of basic expenses. I usually find keeping track of expenses to be both tedious and boring, but the sleek interface and the tracking graphs & pie charts are really excelletn tools that take some of my natural boredom away. I’m currently on the Lite version, but will most definitely upgrade to the full paid version very soon.

Simple and easy to use

A feature that would be useful is to be able to add the same item to different wallets. Otherwise it has a lot of great features. J.V.

How to transfer from lite to full

I used the lite version for a month. After hitting the 60 transactions limit, I upgraded to the full version. How do I transfer what I have in lite to full? The support page does not address this, and there is no contact link.

Great app

I have only been using it for a short while, but so far, so good. Great features and very easy to use, I like the stats and the fact that you can enter additional info to a transaction (method of payment, person, etc.), which is useful when more than one person is contributing to the same wallet. I agree with one of the users who mentioned that adding the same item to different wallets would be useful.

Good Little Helper

I downloaded this app to see where all of my money is going and how to save.

Track my Expenses

Absolutely love the app!! Keep up the good work folks!!

Great for keeping you on budget!

This program is easy to use and helps you organize your finances so you can see exactly what you are spending and where. For a college student on a budget, it’s great for keeping you on track!

Great interface, could use more functionality

The design of this is really user-friendly and modern. There are, however, some features that would make it simpler to use. For example, being able to import information and then edit would be helpful. Keeping transaction info in a single tab (rather than breaking it out into Basic and Additional) would save time on entry. And having the fields under Additional autofill with your suggestions, rather than having to click it below the line, would also make things move more quickly. All in all, though, lots of different options to appeal to however you like to keep track of your finances.

Easy to use, no ability to print reports.

Just started using this. I just wanted something simple to track one expense. This seems to do that very easily. One thing that is does seem to lack is the ability to print out a report for any expenses. A year end report would be very nice. I tried exporting a csv file but that proved to be worthless. Didn’t show all my entries. it was all jumbled up in Numbers and unusable. I opened it in Libre Office and only 20 entries showed up. It does show you a pie chart but that really doesn’t help me as far as reports. All in all, it is for the most part what I was looking for, simple and easy to use. I will continue to use it and see how it goes. I know I will hit the 60 entry wall and have to but the full version but if it continues to work, I will spend the $13.

yeah!!

although i am using free version, it’s so useful

great way to manage $$$$

I didn’t expected this much, but I think this app is way better than I thought. you can really see how you use your money

Easy, simple, minimal, beautiful.. but I wish I could print it

I’m glad that the free trial is 60 transactions so that you could generally use it for a little bit over a month (or at least it’s lasted me that long). Things that should be added: A button to print the pages, reports etc. Ability to drag a transaction and put it into another wallet (a lot of my purches over lap) Other than that this app is very helpful and makes me a lil more frugal!

Horrible!

I sat there for 10 minutes trying to figure out how to just add some monthly debts!?!?! Not easy or intuitive at all. Not sure what everyone else is talking about.
